Personal Training is the quickest and most comprehensive way to get the results you're aiming for , personal 1 on 1 time enables the trainer to focus solely on you !! Your needs!! Your goals!! Every session is tailored to your specific needs and to benifit your goals.

               EQUESTRIAN ATHLETE FITNESS

Infinite Athlete's personal trainer and  coach has been an Equestrian Athlete for more than 25 years, prior to that a Gymnast and now a blended Competitive  Crossfit and Equestrian Athlete. Time spent in the gym and in the saddle has given her insight into what it takes to improve your riding in the gym. Using innovative, functional and creative ways to improve your riding by improving your flexibility, balance, mobility, strength and agility. Who doesn't want a little edge over the competition?

             GROUP TRAINING

 

Group Training is fun and  interactive, based on the same principles as personal training but within a group of like minded individuals striving for a similar goal. Groups can be team mates, family, friends, work mates or any group of people getting together to work on their fitness as part of a team. Group fitness can be really motivating and less intimidating for those who are a little stand offish with their training.

            STRENGTH, CORE STRENGTH,       POSTURAL CORRECTION
 

These 3 little beauties we group together and they are intertwined. Work on your core and it improves your posture and your ability to shift more weight increasing your strength. Work on your Posture and it improves your ability to activate your core and maintain the activation through strength exercises.

We like to discuss weight management not necessarily LOSS. Anyone can achieve rapid weight loss through any number of ways, but the true key is to learn to manage your weight at a healthy and sustainable level.  We strive to give you the knowledge and tools to achieve your ideal weight and maintain it for life. Whether it be 5kg or 50kg that you need to shift or gain to achieve your ideal weight, Infinite Athlete can set you on your path to achieving it.
